Dear Bonnie-

Wow! You are a treasure indeed. I was not expecting that you would be able to come today to clean for me because of your back. When I saw your note this afternoon I was floored! Thank you so much - for making my house look so lovely and smell so nice & no A.C. to boot! It was a beast of a day and you certainly "did yourself proud"!!!

I am very lucky that you out such caring and effort into what you do - since up until recently, I did the cleaning I can say I know what you are going through! Many thanks for your efforts - especially today when I truly needed the help - I let out a cheer when I walked in the door - Believe me, you worked very hard and it showed - if you ever want references for cleaning elsewhere for "maid-to-perfection" I would be most happy to talk to you future clients! I truly hope you are all right and that you are trying to take care of yourself.
